PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL ME!


Real Estate is challenging and exciting. It tests your limits of determination, especially in the HIGHLAND LAKES market.  

I am a very experienced Realtor in both buying and selling. There's many 'ins and outs' of buying and selling lakefront property. Details such as whether you own or will own to the water or if there's 'fill area'. That is only one of the many details that an experienced agent, such as myself, can answer. I can answer all your questions and concerns about lakefront buying and selling. Although I specialize in lakefront, I am a well rounded Realtor. Whether it be your first home, your retirement home and everything in between, I have the knowledge that will benefit you. I have extensive experience from this area as well as the NASA/Clear Lake area.

I am retired from the Air Force (USAF MSgt) and a licensed Realtor and a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Harley Owners Group, American Motorcycle Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars. 

In today’s market climate, you need a capable, experienced realtor who will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, my negotiating skills and my ability to listen to the clients' needs and desires keep me ahead of my competition.

My aim is to guide my clients successfully through the process of managing their real estate. My ambitions lie in establishing a long-time, satisfying relationships with my clients. In order to achieve this, I use honest, intelligent and open methods of work aimed at meeting the needs and goals of my customers.

I take extreme pride in my work. I will not lie or embellish the truth to get a listing or a sale. I care about making a difference. I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer their family and friends to my expertise because they know I will always do everything in my power, whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.

On a personal level, both me and my wife, Alyssa, are avid motorcycle enthusiasts. I also enjoy sailing and fishing. In addition to being my personal assistant, Alyssa also has a small 'kennel free' petsitting business in our home.  I also enjoy spending time with my children and their families, along with playing with my dogs, Haylee & Taz.
